CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are available until 3 weeks prior to your selected camp session start date. Refunds include total cost of registration less non refundable registration fees.  ($99)

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY 

Our camps are rain or shine with exception of severe inclement weather. 

Due to the outdoor nature of the camp if there is inclement weather that poses an immediate safety concern then camp for that day will be canceled. Parents will be notified via preferred method of communication as specified on registration form.
